St. Albert Celebrates Canada Day

Join the community in celebrating Canada Day on July 1!

Canada Day in St. Albert is a time for families and friends to come together and celebrate our great country! There’s fun for everyone all day long, including:

  • 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Live music, climbing wall, face painting, treats and lots more at Riel Recreation Park. Food Bank donations will be accepted near the information booth at Rotary Park.
  • 7– 10:30 p.m. – Concert at St. Albert Place Presented by TD Bank Group.
  • 11 p.m. – Fireworks at Mission Park Presented by Kinsmen Club of St. Albert

Canada Day Volunteers Still Needed

Have fun, make new friends, and help out in the community by volunteering for Canada Day on July 1! The City of St. Albert needs volunteers aged 10+ for:

  • Public hosting
  • Parking and traffic direction
  • Activity Assistants (inflatables, crafts, cookies, face painting and games)
  • And more!

Morning, afternoon and evening shifts are available.
