In 1995, custom homebuilders Sarasota Homes started their business in St. Albert. It began with four custom builds in the Oakmont community and has grown to 200 homes in St. Albert this past year. 

Their in-house design crew and strong team have been their unique advantage, as well as concentrating solely on St. Albert as a place to build homes. 

“Our company is so fortunate to live and work in the City of St. Albert, and this is our focus,” says Michelle Fogolin, Lead of Sarasota Homes Sales & Builds.

Having built over 2,000 homes in the community, Michelle sees her company’s work as a truly rewarding experience.

“What I recall so fondly is just seeing the homes we’ve built and the families that get to move into them, that was something that has always stuck with me,” she adds. “Every home is customized, we do not replicate the same home over and over, and that’s unique to us because we have our own design team.”
  
Additionally, Sarasota Homes hires the same tradespeople for every single house, which may be outside the norm for the industry, but they feel provides quality in hiring the same people to continue to create their customized builds. 

“What that gives you is your quality and such a great group of hard-working good quality people, and it speaks to our Sarasota brand. Everyone has their own unique skill and talent and brings that to the table,” explains Michelle. 

A true St. Albert run and operated business, the team at Sarasota Homes is proud to be part of the community. Its home office located on Carleton Drive is one of the company’s proudest achievements and a place they call home. 

Kristen Boser, Head of Sarasota Realty and Staging Division is glad that her family can grow up here.
