Keeping people safe
Alberta’s Relaunch Strategy puts safety first, while carefully and gradually reopening businesses, resuming activities, and getting people back to work.
Business operators must take steps to protect employees and customers by modifying their operations and implementing practices to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 infection among employees and visitors.
Guidance and supports on what measures to take are available on the Alberta Biz Connect webpage.
Some recommended modifications that businesses should include in written workplace policies and procedures can be found in the provincial Workplace Guidance For Business Owners guide book.
