Fire Hall 2 and Maloney Place Parking Lot
About the Project
With the growing demand for fire and policing personnel within the existing Fire Hall 2 and Maloney Place, there is a need for more parking. The parking stalls will be for personnel only to park their personal vehicles when on duty and not for use by public or service vehicles.
Design of the parking lot will follow the same style as the existing parking lot and include plugins and lighting.
Work required:
- Design of parking lot
- City engagement with the adjacent residence
- Construction of parking lot
Timeline
- July 2022: Design of parking lot
- August to October 2022: Construction of parking lot
- Spring/Summer 2023: Landscape work, project clean up and repairs
