Windermere Playground Replacement
About the Project
Windermere Park is located in the Woodlands neighbourhood and consists of open green space, a small playground and a large, treed area. Windermere playground was built in 2002 and is currently the smallest City owned playground. This project is set to replace this aging playground and provide a new play opportunity for the neighbourhood.
The scope of work includes:
- Removal of the existing playground.
- Expansion of the playground footprint.
- Installation of new playground equipment.
- Installation of new site furnishings (picnic table, bench and trash receptacle).
