Boudreau at Campbell Road Intersection Improvements
About this Project
Civil and utility upgrades at the intersection of Boudreau Road and Campbell Road to improve its overall function, safety, and long‑term performance.
Work to include:
- Extending the eastbound right turn and left turn bays to increase storage and allow earlier entrance to mitigate impact of through movement queuing.
- Extending the westbound left turn bay to increase storage and allow earlier entrance to mitigate through movement queuing.
- Extending the northbound right turn lane to the AGLC intersection to dedicate a lane for right turns and reduce delay from through movements.
- Redesign of right turn islands to a smart channel right style design to improve safety through better sight lines and reduction of speeds.
- Supplemental work of sidewalk / trail infrastructure, streetlighting and landscaping.
- Rehabilitation of sewer pipes and valves.
Potential Construction Impacts:
Lane Closures:
Traffic lanes within the construction zone will be closed intermittently. These closures may shift as work progresses. Drivers should expect slower travel times and delays.
Entrance Restrictions on Campbell Road:
Business entrance(s) off Campbell Road will be closed at various times throughout the project. Access may be temporarily rerouted or limited based on daily construction needs.
What to expect:
- Construction equipment and crews working in the area
- Increased noise and activity during active work periods
- Temporary changes to traffic patterns
- Traffic delays, detours, and restricted access
Project Timeline:
Start: Summer 2026
Completion: Fall 2027
