Ground-Breaking Ceremony

On May 20, 2020 the Minister of Transportation, the Honourable Ric McIver, and St. Albert Mayor Cathy Heron joined invited guests at a ground-breaking ceremony. The event marked the ceremonial start of construction for the first phase of the Ray Gibbon Drive expansion project, which started the week of June 1, 2020.
