
Ray Gibbon Drive Phase 1
Completed 2020
Phase 1 of the Ray Gibbon Drive Twinning project delivered improvements between the south City limit and a location just north of the LeClair Way intersection. Work involved new lane construction at the LeClair Way intersection, along with concrete island work and turning lane redesign. Additional improvements were completed off the Ray Gibbon Drive corridor, for the LeClair Way/Riel Drive intersection.

Next steps of the Phase 1 portion of the project involve completion of the landscaping at the seating nodes along the trails, addressing any construction deficiencies, subject to final inspections, and a two-year maintenance period (ending 2023) for landscaping.
