What requirements must be met before I can begin construction?

No site construction is permitted without an approved Development Permit and the Development Supervisor's acceptance of the following five (5) deliverables:

1. Civil Engineering Drawings (Site Development Drawings)
2. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
3. Letter of Credit (LOC)
4. On-Street Construction Permit (OSCP)
5. Site Servicing Permit (SSP)*

* Typically the approval of the SSP and payment of the applicable permit fees result in the clearance to commence site construction.
