Policies
16.3.1.
Use Flourish policies, as applicable, to guide municipal objectives that are implemented through Land Use Bylaw regulations, and in the use of discretion on land use and development permit applications.
16.3.2.
Explore the possibility of establishing an urban design review panel or peer review process, including specific criteria, rules, and procedures, to assist in the review of significant development proposals for lands in the Downtown, Mixed-use Nodes, and Trail Corridor Areas and for major capital projects.
