Achieving the goals and principles of Flourish requires collaboration and cooperation with a variety of city-building partners and includes St. Albert’s municipal neighbours, other levels of government, Indigenous communities, agencies, boards, developers, business owners, community organizations, and, of course, residents. Policies that emphasize the importance of collaboration have been integrated throughout Flourish, reinforcing the importance of working together.

As a member of the Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board, St. Albert is committed to regional goals and objectives, including those in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region Growth Plan. The City also participates in other regional partnerships relevant to public transit and economic development.
