Flourish builds on the City’s Cultivating Our Future Vision by facilitating further conversations with the community about the opportunities and challenges facing St. Albert. These conversations, together with the community vision and Pillars of Sustainability, informed the development of nine overarching and interconnected goals for Flourish. The goals and related principles should be considered holistically, with none taking precedence over another.
