Effective January 1, 2026, the Planning and Development Department will begin applying a non-refundable credit card processing fee of 2.25% to all payments made by credit card. To avoid this fee, payment may made by debit card, cash, or cheque.

For Development Permits: Please email completed applications and all required information to development@stalbert.ca. A Development Officer will review your application, and once deemed complete, you will be contacted for payment information.
Please note, the City does not issue refunds for applications once any work has been undertaken.
