The public is hereby advised that a development permit application DP073601, described as a Hot Tub at 11 Hart Place (Lot 11, Block 2, Plan 8822129) was approved on September 26, 2025. This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date on which a person qualified to appeal is notified of the decision. This development permit application was approved as a discretionary use by the Development Officer.
Section 2.14(1) of Land Use Bylaw 18/2024 allows notice to be published on the City’s website.
