The public is hereby advised that a development permit application DP073270, described as new single detached dwelling with a rear yard setback variance at 162 Royal Street (Lot 202, Block 1, Plan 2422278), was approved on October 8, 2025. This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date on which a person qualified to appeal is notified of the decision. This development permit application was approved as a discretionary use by the Development Officer.
Section 2.14(1) of Land Use Bylaw 18/2024 allows notice to be published on the City’s website.
