The public is hereby advised that a development permit application DP073610, described as a Home Based Business Level 2 (Jewellery making) at 34 Grenfell Ave (Lot 6, Block 25, Plan 1737RS) was approved on October 1, 2025. This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date on which a person qualified to appeal is notified of the decision. This development permit application was approved as a discretionary use by the Development Officer.
Section 2.14(1) of Land Use Bylaw 18/2024 allows notice to be published on the City’s website.
