47 Linwood Crescent

The public is hereby advised that a development permit application DP073628, described as rear covered deck with variance to side yard setback at 47 Linwood Crescent (Lot 24, Block 8, Plan 5669RS), was approved on October 6, 2025. This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date on which a person qualified to appeal is notified of the decision. The Development Officer approved this development permit application as a discretionary use.

Section 2.14(1) of Land Use Bylaw 18/2024 allows notice to be published on the City’s website.
