67 Edgefield Way

The public is hereby advised that a development permit application DP073659, described as “to leave Driveway as-built – over 5.5 metres”, at 67 Edgefield Way (Lot 54, Block 6, Plan 2320397), was approved on October 9, 2025. This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Boardwithin 21 days after the date on which a person qualified to appeal is notified of the decision. This development permit application was approved as a discretionary use by the Development Officer.

Section 2.14(1) of Land Use Bylaw 18/2024 allows notice to be published on the City’s website.
