Introducing St. Albert’s Development Concierge Service
Building affordable housing in St. Albert just got easier. Our Development Concierge Service is here to guide interested non-profits, community organizations and developers through every step of the process, from initial concepts to project completion.
This service simplifies and speeds up select development and building processes. This includes market, attainable and transitional housing types – so everyone in our community has the chance to live, work and thrive in St. Albert.
Eligibility
The Development Concierge Service is available for projects that meet one of the following criteria:
- A residential or mixed-use building that contains at least five units of affordable non-market housing in any area of the city, or
- A residential or mixed-use building in downtown St. Albert.
