Riverside Park - Playground Supply and Install

Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert] (“City”) to prospective bidders 
to submit bids for the provision of Riverside Park - Playground Supply and Install.

The Work to be undertaken is generally described as: Riverside Park – Playground Supply and Install
in the City of St. Albert and includes approximately: 
1. Supply and install of a playground in Riverside Park in the City of St. Albert as specified in the 
Instructions to Bidders section of the tender documents:
a. Play equipment layout and design within predetermined area; meeting criteria outlined within Instruction to bidders – Technical Design and within budget indicated within Tender Form. 
b. Mobilization and demobilization including protection of existing/constructed trees, plants, naturalized areas, trails and installed infrastructure;
c. Subgrade preparation and supply and install of weeping tile, sub-drainage system (connection to storm line by others)
d. Supply, installation and warranty of playground equipment
e. Supply and installation of sand surfacing (450 sq.m) – 305mm depth Portland washed sand Type 9345 Inland Aggregate.
f. Coordination with General Contractor on site including entering into a Novation Agreement between both parties and the City. 
g. Maintenance during warranty period (2 years).
