Back by popular demand, get ready to Laugh Out Loud when CBC Radio’s hit stand-up comedy show comes to The Arden Theatre with a new lineup of established, emerging and well-known comedians. Recording live for CBC, host Ali Hassan will welcome Calgary’s Chris Gordon (NBC’s Last Comic Standing), Edmonton’s Tesh Aytenfisu (CBC’s Top 100 Next-Up Comedians) and more!
Host Ali Hassan is a Canadian Comedy Award nominee who has performed across North America, the Middle East and the UK. Over his 15-year stand‑up career, he has appeared multiple times at Just For Laughs in Montreal and Toronto, with sets airing on CBC TV and CBC Gem. Ali has toured his solo show, Muslim Interrupted around Canada to great acclaim. He has taken the show to Scotland to perform at the world’s largest comedy festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
