Beneath the painted skies and endless prairie horizons of Saskatoon, a city nestled in the heart of Canada, beats a creative spirit that defies the clichés of the so-called “flyover provinces”. Indie R&B artist Katie Tupper is the embodiment of that spirit, pushing boundaries and reshaping expectations of what music from the Canadian Prairies can be. With two acclaimed EPs; Towards the End (2022) and Where to Find Me (2023), Tupper has carved out a space for what she calls "heartland soul," amassing over 11 million streams worldwide.
