The evening features exceptional performances by So Noted Singers, Harmonia, Wellstrings Harp Ensemble, and APAM Cultural Consult, presented by the Africans and African Descendants Friendship Club (AADFC). These gifted musicians are coming together in a rare and meaningful collaboration, creating a rich, moving program that celebrates life, memory, and cultural connection through music.

All proceeds from the concert directly support SASHA’s hospice and community palliative programs, helping ensure that no one faces life’s final journey alone.
