Garden Day 2025 Cancelled
We regret to share that Garden Day, originally scheduled for July 27, 2025, has been cancelled. Due to ongoing and increasing construction around the Park — including major curb, sidewalk, and outflow work — as well as limited parking and nearby event conflicts, we felt it would not be possible to create the positive, enjoyable experience that our guests have come to expect and that reflects the welcoming spirit of the Park.
We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the City of St. Albert, their liaison, and all project managers who worked closely with us to try to make this event possible. Weather and other factors have meant construction progress has taken longer than initially hoped, and we are grateful for their collaboration and support throughout this process.
Equally important to us is caring for our volunteers. As a free event hosted in a free, volunteer-run Park, we rely on the generosity and spirit of our volunteer team, and we felt it was important not to place them in the position of managing the heightened parking, access, and guest experience challenges we face this year.
We appreciate your understanding and support. We look forward to hosting smaller, alternative events later this year and welcoming you back to the Park soon.
