Mental Health Walk
Date: Friday, May 7, 2021
An all-day event, please consult business hours for limitations.
City of St. Albert
This a free event.
On Friday, May 7, 2021 continue the tradition of the annual Mental Health Walk by reaching out to check in on those who mean the most to you.
As provincial public health measures are still in place during the COVID-19 pandemic, an in-person event will not occur in 2021. However, you still can:
- Walk to a friend’s house to see how they are doing.
- Use your favourite video chat platform to connect with a neighbour or family member.
- Have a window visit with a senior.
- Phone a friend you haven’t heard from in awhile.
Use the #reachingouttocheckin on your social media channels to share how you're taking the time to be there for others.
Advisory Notice: Remember to follow all current provincial public health measures on COVID-19 when interacting with anyone outside your household. All individuals should remain physically distanced of at least 2 metres at all times.
