What's Happening

Come together, St. Albert, for Chalk the Walk during Mental Health Awareness Week May 4 – 10, 2026.

From May 4 to 10, grab some chalk and spread positivity by writing words of encouragement, happy thoughts, and reminders that all feelings are valid on the sidewalk. Be in to win! Share an image of your sidewalk art on social media by tagging @cityofstalbert and using the hashtag #MentalHealthWeekStAlbert, and be entered into a draw.

Social connection is essential to overall health and well-being. Together, we can strengthen mental health, build healthier communities, and help more people feel connected.

For help, call St. Albert’s Family and Community Support Services at 780-459-1756, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For after-hours support, visit stalbert.ca/help
