What's Happening

We respectfully acknowledge that we are on Treaty 6 territory, traditional lands of First Nation and Métis peoples. As treaty People, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, we share the responsibility for stewardship of this beautiful land.

Join us for the National Indigenous Peoples Day celebration on June 21 from 2 to 5 p.m. at St. Albert Place. In collaboration with Indigenous Partners and the St. Albert Public Library, we have organized various activities to recognize the day, including speakers, performers, conversations, refreshments, displays and more. Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to join us at the event. There is no cost to take part and it is a great opportunity to learn more about Indigenous culture and enjoy the various performances.
