What's Happening

Bylaw 1/2023, if passed, would amend the Land Use Bylaw 9/2005 Part 6 (General Regulations), and Schedule G (Designated Flood Line Map). The amendments include greater clarity around density requirements, development regulations related to the Desingated Flood Line, and an update of Schedule G (Desingated Flood Line Map).
