What's Happening
Bylaw 3/2026, if passed would amend the Land Use Bylaw 18/2024, Schedule A, by redistricting a total of 26.1 hectares± of land in the Jensen Lakes neighbourhood to Small-Lot Residential (SLR), Laned-Lot Residential (LLR), and Public, Private, and Institutional Service (PSI). Redistricting of land is needed to enable subdivisions for residential development.
