Resolution for Removal of Municipal Reserve Designation from 16 and 18 Sir Winston Churchill Avenue, former Firehall #1 and Lift Station, if passed 16 and 18 Sir Winston Churchill Avenue will not have Municipal Reserve designation. Council will be asked to designate the Lift Station at 18 Sir Winston Churchill Avenue as Public Utility Lot (PUL).
