What's Happening
Bylaw 8/2023, if passed, would amend the Land Use Bylaw 9/2005, Schedule A, by redistricting multiple parcels of land in the Cherot neighbourhood to
Residential (RX), Residential Front-to-Back (RFB), Medium Density Residential (R3A), High Density Residential (R4), and Public Park (P). This is the second redistricting application for the Cherot neighbourhood. Redistricting of land is needed to enable subdivisions for residential development.
