What's Happening
A public information session for the southern wall span (from Sterling to Sturgeon Road) will be taking place in the Drama Room of Holy Family Catholic School.
If you are a resident who is impacted by the southern barrier wall span and was unable to attend the public information session and/or would like to schedule a one-on-one meeting with the City, please contact the City of St. Albert Construction Help Desk at 780-459-1762 or email barrierwall@stalbert.ca.
The barrier wall is a precast concrete wall along St. Albert Trail that was constructed between 1983 and 1992 to reduce noise and create a visual barrier between residents and St. Albert Trail. Due to deterioration and structural issues, it was recommended that the barrier wall be completely replaced by 2020.
