South Riel ASP and Land Use Bylaw amendments

WSP, on behalf of bcIMC Realty Corporation, is proposing to amend the South Riel Area Structure Plan for the property located at 2 Richardson Drive from Commercial designation to Industrial / Commercial designation to allow for the continued development of Anthony Henday Business Park. A corresponding rezoning from RC – Regional Commercial to CIS – Commercial Industrial Service is also being undertaken.
Anyone affected by the proposed amendment are invited to attend the Open House to learn more about the proposal. Representatives from WSP, Quadreal Property Group (representing bcIMC) and the City of St. Albert will be available to discuss the proposal and respond to any questions.
