Submission Timing

Please submit your event at least ten calendar days before its occurrence to ensure adequate time for review and publishing.

Please note the following: 1) This personal information is being collected under the authority of Section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act, SA 2024, c P-28.5 and will be used to process your inquiry. It will be treated in accordance with the privacy protection provisions of Part 1 of the Protection of Privacy Act. If you have questions regarding the collection and use of your personal information, please contact the City’s Access and Privacy Coordinator. 2) The City does not respond to anonymous enquiries/submissions, malicious submissions, or submissions containing inappropriate or profane language; those received will be discarded by staff.

Ensure that the proposed event satisfies our criteria before starting this form. If accepted, the event will appear on the Community Events calendar and may be showcased on the homepage closer to its occurrence.

The following answers will be shared with the public.

A group or organization, if applicable.

What activities are planned? Who is this for? Why would someone want to attend?

List one date per line in the following format:
Month Day, Start time - End time (if known)

(e.g. June 6, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

What are you looking to collect? Money, food, clothing...? Is there a minimum donation?

What does your event cost to attend? Please provide both a minimum and maximum cost (the range) per individual if they vary. (e.g. $15-25)

Include a venue name and street address, if available.

Do you have a photo or graphic or image we can use?
