Chalk-A-Thon

On September 8, LETS CHALK IT UP in support of St. Albert Amplify Festival! Our goal is to cover 500 meters of our City's beautiful Red Willow Trail System with your artwork. We want to create the longest piece of art this City has ever seen! Include your friends, ask your neighbours, build your team, or fly solo and help brighten up our trails with sidewalk chalk!

Your support will go directly to sustaining Amplify, an arts and culture festival specifically designed for youth Grade 7 to age 21. When you make the decision to pledge to Amplify, you are actively supporting youth on their artistic journey—helping them develop a greater understanding of who they are and who they want to be. Funds raised will go towards sustaining the Festival by supporting workshops, events and infrastructure needed to produce the event.

This event is in association with St. Albert's Canada 150 Block Party! Come join the fun!

How do I get involved?

Joining the Chalk-A-Thon is easy! Simply register today on Eventbrite and start collecting pledges!

About Amplify

The St. Albert Amplify Festival provides an inclusive space for youth to express their truest sense of identity through the arts. By youth for youth, the festival empowers young people to explore their artistic potential, while at the same time cultivating a sense of purpose and belonging for their day-to-day life. By creating opportunities for success, Amplify develops resiliencies in youth and gives them the tools they need to overcome the pressing social issues within their generation; such as mental health, bullying, and body image.

When you make the decision to pledge to Amplify, you are actively supporting youth on their artistic journey—helping them develop a greater understanding of who they want to be. Your donation will go towards sustaining the Festival by supporting workshops, events and infrastructure needed to produce the event.

On behalf of the Amplify Committee, we would like to thank you for your consideration of contributing to this campaign.
