Welcome to the 2025 Amplify Feedback Survey!

Every year Amplify gathers feedback on its programming. We are very interested to know if you enjoyed our events and what could be improved. We are looking for feedback from youth and community members that attended our events, as well as Amplify artists.

We really appreciate you taking the time to fill out our survey. As a token of our appreciation, we are offering everyone who fills out our survey the chance to enter to win a $100 gift card from Skip-The-Dishes. (You can find all the contest details here.) Contest closes December 14, 2025.

While you're filling out the survey, please keep in mind that Amplify is an arts development program for youth Grade 7 to age 21 in St. Albert. The goals of the program are to: empower young artists, support all youth in expressing their creativity, celebrate youth culture and showcase the richness and diversity of a new generation.
