Annual Survey

Welcome to Amplify's Annual Feedback Survey!

Every year Amplify gathers feedback on its programming. We are very interested to know what you liked the most (and should, therefore, keep doing) and where we could improve. We are looking for feeback from youth in our community, Amplify artists, parents and community members. Basically, if you participated in an Amplify event or activity, this survey is for you! 

We really appreciate you taking the time to fill out our survey. As a token of our appreciation, we are offering everyone who fills out our survey the chance to enter to win a $50 gift card from Skip-The-Dishes. (You can find all the contest details here.) Contest closes January 15th, 2024.

While you're filling out the survey, please keep in mind that Amplify is an arts development program for youth Grade 7 to age 21 in St. Albert. The goals of the program are to: empower young artists, support all youth in expressing their creativity, celebrate youth culture and showcase the richness and diversity of a new generation.
