Please attach a drawing of what you want the piece to look like.

Tell us about your piece. This is a great place to explain anything you want to do that might not be apparent in a 2D drawing. This can be relatively short – a paragraph is good.

We want to know how long you think it will take to create the piece. We will supply a work space, but we’d like to see your plan for getting the piece done on time. What are the stages and steps you’ll need to take to create your vision and, most importantly, how long will it take? The easiest way to do this is to grab a calendar and plan it out. And don’t forget set-up day will be Thursday, April 7, 2022.

Budget

We’d like to see a rough estimate of the supplies you’ll need and the cost to buy them. Just list the supplies you think you’ll need—from paint, to paper, to fabric—and how much you think it will cost. If you get confused, we’ve created a budget template to guide you.
