Amplify's Artist Alley: Art Battle
Deadline to apply: June 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM
We are happy to announce that the 9th annual Amplify Art Battle will take place on July 4th, 2026, taking center stage at the Artist Alley for the first time!
At Amplify's Art Battle artists will compete in 30-minute bouts to see who can create the painting that will win the audience's hearts! Come armed with your creativity and we'll supply the rest. While visual art is often created quietly and alone, Amplify's Art Battle flips this tradition on it's head, in a fun, energetic and friendly battle of the brushes. It's also a great way to meet other artists and share the power of visual art with the community.
Taking place during the Artist Alley, the Art Battle will be front and center amongst an exciting afternoon of youth artwork, featuring an art exhibtion, craft market, beginner art workshops and more! Amplify invites residents of all ages to to come out on July 4th to celebrate the talents of our young, local visual artists.
Rules and regulations:
- For youth Grade 7 to age 21.
- Open to St. Albert and area residents
- Scheduling will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
