Venue Update

The Arden Theatre will be reopening for performances, both live and online, as early as October!

To comply with provincial guidelines and to ensure the safety of our performers, staff and audience, a number of modifications will be made to our operations. This means your experience when you come to the theatre will be slightly different, though still thoroughly enjoyable.

Ticket sales are now primarily online though the theatre’s box office, which will be open one hour prior to each performance.

Currently only 100 people are allowed in the audience, so there will be lots of room between you and your fellow theatre-goers. Audience, performers, participants and employees will follow physical distancing guidelines and you are encouraged to wear a mask.

To comply with capacity and physical distancing restrictions, modifications to seating times and processes may be implemented on a show-by-show basis and some shows may be planned without an intermission.

Concession services may be offered when suitable and contactless credit or debit payments is preferred for all transactions. Cleaning protocols will also be enhanced.
These procedures are intended to be responsive to the provincial guidelines while offering innovative and quality theatre experiences for our audiences. We will modify our procedures as provincial guidance changes, doing all we can to ensure your safety while you enjoy the performance.
