Includes the use of the stage and wings, orchestra pit, workshop, dressing rooms, green room, wardrobe, audience seating, foyer and audience support facilities.

Live Performance (Full Hall)

Events falling within the Live Performance category, but also involving the use of the rehearsal (Progress) Hall.

Stage Rehearsal

Events in preparation for Live Performance and involving the use of sound amplification and/or effect playback and theatrical lighting. Includes the use of the stage and wings, workshop, dressing rooms, green room and wardrobe. No audience allowed.

Film Screening

Events requiring the use of the 16 mm projection equipment. Includes the use of the green room, audience seating, foyer and audience support facilities.

Assemblies

Events requiring the use of the stage area in front of the main curtain and involving sound amplification. Includes the use of the green room, audience seating, foyer and audience support facilities.

Rehearsal Hall

Rehearsals
