Arts & Culture

Culture is the shared identity of the community of St. Albert - multidimensional and ever-changing. It is the creative expression of individuals and how they perceive the world – their beliefs, customs, values, traditions, and aspirations.

Culture includes cultural expression through the arts, connection to the community through heritage, creative learning and the stories and experiences that make up a vibrant community. It is expressed by every St. Albertan every day.

The City of St. Albert released its annual Report on Culture to City Council - the report provides an overview of the achievements and progress made through the implementation of the Cultural Master Plan. The report reflects on the dynamic events, vibrant heritage sites and expression of culture in the community over the past year.

All performing arts classes and Children’s Theatre rehearsals will be held at the Performing Arts Space: #105 – 125 Carleton Dr. / St. Albert, AB / T8N 3S6  [directions]
