Ryan exemplifies staying true to his Indigenous culture, family and community. Ryan has contributed thousands of volunteer hours over the past seventeen years, sharing his gifts as a singer, dancer and knowledge keeper. Ryan has taught cultural classes, sung and drummed in local schools since 2016.

His career has taken him around the world four times with the White Braid Society and White Buffalo Society, performing for dignitaries including the Queen of England and several former Canadian prime ministers. A threetime dance champion and two-time singing champion, he continues to pass on the teachings shared with him by many respected Elders.
