Procurement Information

The City of St. Albert is a public body organization which procurement process falls under the threshold of trade agreements. 

• Calls for artists which are under $50,000.00 can be applied to through the project page and applicants may reach out to public art staff with questions or clarification. 
• Calls for artists above $50,000 must be viewed and responded to through the Bids & Tenders bidding system. Applicants can create an account for free and receive notifications when Requests for Applications are posted. All correspondence regarding this type of opportunity will be communicated through Bids & Tenders only.
