Jordan Voogd, from Sunstar Nursery, tells the story behind St. Albert’s 4000 Canada 150 Legacy roses. Made possible through a grant from EcoConnextions, Tree Canada and Communities in Bloom. All roses have been distributed to residents at registered block parties.
