Public Tickets
Public Tickets go on sale April 2 at 10 a.m.!
There is no entrance fee to get onto the Festival site; you are welcome to come down and explore all the wonderful things we have to offer!
Feature Performance and Paid Activities Tickets can be purchased in advance using one of the following methods

- In person: Our Arden Theatre Box Office is currently open Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or the following hours during the Festival.
Ticket Pricing
Everyone needs a ticket to a performance. Adult helpers are free to paid activities. The Performance Plus Pass/tickets would allow adults who want to participate/take up a seat in a paid activity to do so. Adults/caregivers and infants under 12 months are free to Toddler Town.

Ticket Confirmation Details
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. When you arrive at the performance or activity, simply take out your phone and show the email confirmation that states the total number of tickets purchased to enter. We encourage our patrons to go green and avoid unnecessary printing of their tickets.
Performance Plus Passes
The Performance Plus Pass offers the best value for visiting the Festival! Here’s some helpful information to help you decide if the Performance Plus Pass is right for you.
What can I do with a Performance Plus Pass?
Performance Plus Passes will be available for children and adults for $33 each. The passes include access to one Feature Performance (which must be pre-selected) and unlimited paid site activities all weekend, excluding Toddler Town, for which admission must be purchased separately for $10.
Who can use the Performance Plus Pass?
Anyone can use the Performance Plus Pass.
A single Performance Plus Pass allows the pass holder to participate in all Paid Activities and allows entry into one Feature Performance (which must be pre-selected).
- If you would simply like to accompany your child (pass holder) to each Paid Activity, a Performance Plus Pass is not required.
- If you yourself do not have a Performance Plus Pass, a Feature Performance ticket must be purchased separately to accompany your child.
Can Performance Plus Passes be purchased for any day of the Festival?
Performance Plus Passes can be purchased for use on both Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1. One pass will get you access to one Feature Performance (which must be pre-selected) and unlimited access to Paid Activities (excluding Todder Town) all weekend long.
Do I need to schedule my Feature Performance in advance?
Yes, all Performance Plus Pass holders will need to select the Feature Performance, along with the date and time that you’d like to see the show, at the time of purchase.
Do I need to schedule my Paid Activities in advance?
No, there is no need to schedule your Paid Activities in advance, just show your wristband at the entrance to each activity! Please note the Pass does not grant you front-of-the-line access for Paid Activities that may have a line-up.
How can I purchase a Performance Plus Pass?
Performance Plus Passes can be purchased online at tickets.stalbert.ca:
- From the homepage, select the Feature Performance you want to attend from the Event drop-down menu.
- Select the desired date and time of the Feature Performance and click ‘Buy’.
- Select the desired quantity of tickets and click 'Buy Tickets'
- In the menu for ticket options, select Performance Plus Pass and choose the quantity you would like to purchase.
- Complete your transaction.
Where do I pick up my Performance Plus Pass?
Once you arrive on the Festival Site, make your way to The Arden Theatre Box Office inside St. Albert Place and show your email confirmation to Box Office staff. They will provide you with your Performance Plus Pass wristband(s).
The Box Office will have extended hours up to and during the festival. For more information please check the Box Office Schedule
Paid Activities Passes
The Paid Activities Pass allows entry into all paid activities over the course of Festival weekend (Saturday and Sunday), excluding Toddler Town, for which admission must be purchased separately.
