• Amuse Bouche – crispy pork belly, roasted oyster mushroom, saskatoon gastrique

Second Course

• Beet Flatbread – sourdough crust, beet jam, confit garlic, roasted beets, smoked goat cheese, wild arugula

Third Course

• Confetti Sorbet Cupcake – confetti cupcake, Made by Marcus roasted beet and raspberry sorbet, vanilla buttercream, sugared beets
