Outdoor Enthusiasts Winter

Pack your skates if you’re planning a winter visit to St. Albert.

There are 27 maintained outdoor ice rinks throughout the city and the one at Lions Park promises a fun afternoon of laughter and rosy cheeks. As you head downtown, grab a hot chocolate to-go at one of the unique coffee shops. Skate, twirl or wobble depending on your abilities and then warm up with a cozy fire in one of the park fire pits. Wood is restocked every week.

If it’s too cold for outdoor fun, pop into Servus Credit Union Place for a pickup basketball game or head over to St. Albert Bowling Centre and knock over a few pins.
