Green Thumbs

Start your day off at the St. Albert Botanic Park and be filled with inspiration for your own yard.

This five acre garden is located along the banks of the Sturgeon River and is a floral paradise featuring roses, lilacs, daylilies, Asiatic lilies, peonies as well as annual flowers and vegetables.   Don’t forget your camera and be sure to check out the gift shop for a unique treasure for your home and garden.

After all this walking, you will need to recharge.  In the Perron District, downtown St. Albert, there are several great restaurants, many with summer patios to enjoy a beautiful day outside.

To wrap up your garden themed day, visit the Enjoy Centre. The Enjoy Centre is a unique multi-use facility featuring a restaurant, bakery, deli and whole foods market, kitchen and décor boutique, liquor store, floral studio, and greenhouse.  Tours are available if you book in advance.
