Assessment Reports via MyCity
The Assessment Reports service via MyCity, which also provides access to legal descriptions, assessed values and total tax levies, is offline until late May 2026, as we prepare the 2025 assessments for public distribution.
Tax Certificates
Registered clients can perform searches and generate tax certificates for properties located in St. Albert.
Tax Certificate Deposits
For registered clients who have accounts set up for ordering tax searches and certificates.
